In short
We collect only the email address you enter in the waitlist form, and we use it for one thing: to let you know when Kivo launches. We don't share it, sell it, or run ads.

What we collect
Through the form on ourkivo.com:
- Email address
- To tell you when we launch
- Page language (uk / en)
- So we write to you in a language you read
- Referral source
- A technical tag showing which link you arrived from. It does not identify you personally
- Date and time of signup
- Record-keeping and retention limits
We do not collect your name, age, gender, payment details, address, or location.
Legal basis
Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give it when you press the signup button. You can withdraw it at any time, and you don't need to explain why.
Who else has access
- Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Firestore) — data storage. Servers are in the European Union, region eur3.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (USA). Transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Nobody else. We don't pass data to advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. We don't track your behaviour on the page, and we don't know where you came from beyond a technical link tag.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches, and no longer than 30 days after — or until you ask us to delete it sooner. After that the record is permanently removed.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data we hold · get a copy of it · correct mistakes · delete it · withdraw consent · lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To use any of these, write to kivo.app.team@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days. For deletion, one email with the word "delete" is enough — no explanation needed.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
This form isn't intended for anyone under 16. If we learn that a child has signed up, we'll delete the record.
Changes
When Kivo launches on the App Store and Google Play, this policy will expand to cover data inside the app. The last-updated date is always at the top of this page.
